Charlie Booth is an operationally focused executive with over 20 years of finance, strategy, corporate development, and board experience with a focus on private equity and venture backed SaaS, DaaS, fintech and media businesses.  He has a track record of execution in growth equity and debt transactions, improved financial performance and productivity, and buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions. Early in his career, he was an investor in sponsor backed LBOs and lower-middle market private credit transactions.
